Patients, visitors and staff are invited to our virtual Kaizen open day event at East Surrey Hospital, run by Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) on Thursday 24 August 2021.

Registration is from 10 – 10.05am and the event closes at 3.15pm.

Objectives

That all participants will:

• Experience virtual visits to the genba (place where the work is done) to see some of the improvements that have been made
• Speak to the staff who have been involved in our SASH+ improvement work and training opportunities including lean for leaders, the programme that disseminates the SASH+ tools through the organisation
• Hear about some of our challenges and successes
• Hear about how SASH+ works across the organisation
