Attending your surgery appointment at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
If you are coming for a planned operation, the staff you will see are working in a separate areas of our hospital, away from those who are looking after people with coronavirus.
You will need to wear a face covering when you enter clinical areas of our hospital. You can read more about wearing face coverings in our buildings here. At your pre-assessment appointment we will take your temperature and give you a test for coronavirus.
For some procedures and operations, you and your household may be asked to isolate at home before your operation. If you are asked to it is important that you do this.
