At East Surrey Hospital we offer an enhanced care pathway for women having a multiple pregnancy, involving all members of the multidisciplinary team – specialist consultant obstetrician in Fetal Medicine, midwife working in the care pathway, and sonographers, who have experience and knowledge of managing twin and triplet pregnancies. Our aim is to provide continuity of care and improve patient experience.

We aim to coordinate care for women minimising the number of hospital visits by aligning scan and clinical appointments where possible. The team are based at East Surrey Hospital but run midwifery clinics out of Crawley Hospital.
