Our SASH Star Awards publicly acknowledge and celebrate an individual or team’s exceptional contribution to the Trust’s ongoing success.  We have aligned our awards to reflect our core values: Dignity and Respect; Compassion; Safety and Quality and One Team.

  • By downloading a form and posting to: Staff Awards, Trust Headquarters, Room AD09, East Surrey Hospital, Canada Avenue, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5RH
  • By emailing sash.staffawards.2023@nhs.net

As long as the nomination form is legible it will be considered by the panel.
