Dr Lazarus joined the Trust in April 2023. She trained as a Consultant in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. She is passionate about Clinical Medicine and wants patients to live their best lives.
She has a Master’s degree in Renal Medicine, which she passed Cum Laude. She is a CESR assessor for the Royal College of Physicians.
Dr Lazarus has received multiple awards including being a finalist in the Woman of Stature Healthcare awards in 2022, and has been on television, radio and Forbes magazine whilst in South Africa.
She is married, with two children and enjoys outdoor activities and volunteer work at her local church and school.
