Dr Natalie King, MBBC, BSc, MSc, MRCP(UK)

Dr King was appointed as Consultant in Acute Medicine in January 2011. Dr King holds a Master's degree in Gerontology from King's College London and was made a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2015.

Dr King is the Clinical Director for Emergency Access within the medical Division overseeing the departments of Acute Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Cardiology. Dr King has an interest in quality improvement and has supported both NHSI and ECIST and contributed to the RCP Modern Ward Round guidance following the development of simulation ward round training.

Dr King is also the Head of the KSS School of Physician Associates supporting student and qualified PAs and employers in the region and was formerly Physician representative on the Faculty of Physician Associates board at the RCP London and co-authored the Employers guidance and career development and appraisal guidance.
