Dr Hanadi Asalieh is a dedicated consultant physician with extensive experience in acute and general internal medicine. She began her career at East Surrey Hospital in 2010, initially serving as a consultant in acute medicine. Recognising the growing need for comprehensive internal medicine services, Dr Asalieh established the General Internal Medicine (GIM) Service in 2017.
Over the years, Dr Asalieh’ s strong leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to patient-centred care have been instrumental in shaping and improving GIM services within the hospital. Her effective management and collaborative approach led to her appointment as the General Internal Medicine Clinical Lead, and subsequently, as the Clinical Director for Medicine Complex Care.
Known for her enthusiasm and team-oriented mindset, Dr Asalieh fosters a culture of cooperation and excellence in her department. She is passionate about developing services that enhance patient outcomes and supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality care.
