Freedom to speak up guardian at SASH
Supporting staff who raise concerns.
The Francis Inquiry and subsequent reports including the Freedom to Speak Up review have reinforced the need for organisational culture change.
Catherine Sharpe is SASH’s independent speak up guardian. Her role is to encourage and support staff to raise concerns and ensure that the voice of the front line is heard clearly at a senior level within the organisation.
