Albert Cook Medical Library

• We work closely withPartnerships in Health Information (PHI) an organisation which contributes to improved health care in countries with few material resources.
• We are a partner library to the Albert Cook Medical Library (part of the University of Makerere) in Uganda.
• With British Council support Librarians from Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust have been to the Albert Cook Medical Library to provide training and learning opportunities and support web page development. Librarians from Uganda have also visited our library and other healthcare libraries in Kent, Surrey & Sussex.

Kent, Surrey & Sussex Library and Knowledge Services

• We work in partnership and consultation with the wider health libraries network across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
• We work closely with the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Library and Knowledge Services Team (LKST).LINK TO NEW PAGE 
• The LKST provides library and knowledge services in Kent, Surrey & Sussex with professional lead and support services.
• The team maintains national links with a range of organisations to ensure that local development of library and knowledge services are strategically joined up with national developments such as the National Library for Health.
