4.1 Board papers - agenda, supporting papers and minutes.

4.2 Patient and public involvement strategy (PPI). The Trust has a Patients' Council to ensure that patients have a full say in how the Trust and related services are developed and improved to the benefit of patients, relatives, visitors and, in fact, all stakeholders using this NHS Trust.
